All services are delivered according to agreed proposals.Any changes or adjustments must be communicated in writing.A signed agreement and cleared payment are required before services commence.

 

Refunds

Refunds are conditional and only applicable if Newsorte Media fails to deliver as per the agreed proposal within the stated timeframe (see proposal terms).

While we aim to maximize results, specific outcomes (e.g., sales, follower growth, revenue figures) cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (platform algorithms, market conditions, influencer performance, etc.).

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, marketing, or financial information shared during the collaboration.
